The 1920 range gets bigger with two new blades: cheese and slicer knives! Their specificities? The cheese knife presents two peaks of innovative design which allow you to serve cheese easily after cutting, the slicing knife as for him possesses a slightly curved 13 cm blade for a perfect cutting with a swinging motion - like a small santoku knife!
