Glossary :
Tang: extension of the blade into the handle. A knife whose tang extends into the full length of the handle is called a “full tang”.
A knife whose tang stops half way through the handle is a “half tang knife”.
Bolster: intermediate part between the handle and the blade.
Neb: angle formed at the bottom end of the handle so as to give the knife the best possible ergonomy.
Guard: blade stop guaranteeing user safety.
