Break and beat 2 eggs, add 1 tablespoon of grated Swiss cheese and 1 tablespoon of whole cream. Cut 2 sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces, chop a few strands of chives and add them to the eggs.

Break 2 eggs into the MICRO EGG ®, chop some fresh herbs (parsley, chives, chervil, basil, sorrel, etc.) according to taste. Add salt and pepper. Add a teaspoon of milk to make it softer. Beat the omelette lightly.

ZUCCHINI AND PEPPERS FLAN WITH PARMESAN CHEESE

Cut 50g of zucchini and 20g of peppers into cubs. Cook in Microcake® for 2 minutes for crunchy vegetables, add 30 seconds for softer vegetables.
Mix 1 egg, 25g whole cream, 1 tea spoon of parmesan cheese, add salt and pepper.
